The top floor includes a large terrace, an additional family area and five en-suite bedrooms. All of this is built around a courtyard that is laid out with decorative wooden flooring. A fountain sits in the centre of the courtyard. It is often seen that people decorate this area with large accessories such as vases, urns, pots and planters. What is commonly observed in Mallorca houses for sale is the widespread use of warm colours for walls and terracotta tiles for roofs and floorings.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING SPACES IN MALLORCA

The options for public transportation near Mallorca include buses, taxis and other ride-hailing services such as Uber and Careem. The two nearest bus stops are at a 10 to 15-minute walking distance from The Centro. They are known as Dubai Sky Courts - Nilona Residence bus station and Dubai Sky Courts - GEMS First Point School bus station. 

There are typically three spots for cars in the garage that is equipped with an electric gate system. As there is ample outdoor area, residents are free to upgrade to extra parking spaces in Mallorca villas. Adjacent to the garage, there is a room for the driver.

AMENITIES, SCHOOLS AND HEALTHCARE

SUPERMARKETS NEAR MALLORCA

The two branches of Spinneys are the supermarkets near Mallorca properties which are present in each community centre of The Villa. Other nearby supermarkets that are based in Dubai Residence Complex are a short drive away. These include K P Mart Supermarket, Thomsun Supermarket and Shua Al Madina Supermarket.

MOSQUES NEAR MALLORCA

Mallorca residents who live in The Centro can walk to the mosque near the community’s gate. Those living in The Ponderosa can go to the community mosque called Masjid A’aishah Umm Al Mu’mineen. Other mosques near Mallorca are dotted along Emirates Road.

OTHER PLACES OF WORSHIP NEAR MALLORCA

Since UAE is a culturally and religiously diverse country, there are various churches and temples in Dubai. However, to access temples near Mallorca, one will have to take the northbound route via Dubai – Al Ain Road (E66). Some of these places of worship include Derasar that caters to the Jain community and the Hindu temples called Shiva and Krishna Mandir. 

As for churches near Mallorca, residents can either drive to the northern region or head towards the southern Dubai area. With the former route, they can access St. Thomas Orthodox Cathedral and Dubai Central Seventh-day Adventist Church in nearly 23 minutes. The latter may require over thirty minutes to reach Fellowship: A Christian Church in Dubai or Seventh Day Adventist Church.

The campus of GEMS FirstPoint School is the nearest option for school-going kids as it is based in The Villa itself. It is one of the private top-rated schools that follows the British curriculum and offers international education to students of up to Year 13. Other international schools near Mallorca include The Aquila School, GEMS Heritage Indian School and German International School Dubai.

While the nearest option is Kids Zone that lies in The Ponderosa, Chubby Cheeks Nursery is close as well with a five to 10-minute driving distance. Since the development is only a 10-minute drive away, parents can also consider sending their little ones to any of the top nurseries in Dubai Silicon Oasis. These learning centres include British Orchard Nursery, Toddlers International Nursery and Emirates British Nursery Silicon Oasis. The fees at British Orchard Nursery ranges between AED 8k – AED 12k, while Toddlers International Nursery requires fees anywhere around AED 20k – AED 40k. Emirates British Nursery Silicon Oasis offers different day and timing options so their fees vary accordingly.

Apart from a myriad of beach activities, visitors can look forward to multiple things like trendy parties at Blue Marlin or relaxing in the winding pool bar at Mina Seyahi.

There are also multiple shooting and archery ranges in the sandy region across Emirates Road (E611).
